2. Shipping Duration
The delivery time for in-stock items is usually 1–3 business days after payment is received. For personalized items, delivery times may vary as certain products are made to order. In such cases, delivery can take 1–4 weeks. Different delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages. Once we receive your payment, we will immediately inform you of the estimated delivery times for your ordered goods.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and type of product. The exact costs will be provided during the ordering process, before you complete your purchase.
4. Shipping Providers
Delivery is generally handled by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or DPD. We reserve the right to choose the shipping provider at our discretion.
5. Partial Deliveries
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this is necessary for the swift processing of your order. In such cases, we will inform you about the division of your order and any additional shipping costs.
6. Insurance and Liability
LW Racetech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider or our support team directly to file a damage claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before making a claim.
7. Self-Pickup
Self-pickup of ordered goods is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance.
8. Customs Fees
LW Racetech does not assume responsibility for any customs fees and taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping (including duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Delivery Delays
In the event of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the contract.
