Refund policy

1. Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return guarantee from the receipt of the goods. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us within this period.

  • Any seals or labels must not be removed.
  • Returns must be sufficiently postage-paid and securely packaged.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods do not match the ordered items.

5. Refund

  • For the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.
